A warm, sunny spring evening we drove out to Washington County from The Woodlands. That particular evening, Washington on the Brazos was more than deserted. There was a slight breeze in the air, yellow and white wildflowers scattered among the tall grass, and the oak trees towered over us, providing shade and sparkling evening light. The Perfect Backdrop for a lovely, fun-filled family photo session. If I could shoot at this exact spot, with the exact light, and the exact foliage for the rest of my life, I would. I don’t think I would ever grow tired of it.
