I have a question for you mama! Are you looking for classic portraits of your newborn that will stand the test of time and never go out of style? Do you relish tiny eyelashes, fuzzy baby shoulders, and milky smiles? If that’s a yes….then let’s talk! If you’re interested in babies stuffed into flower pots, or posed in unnatural ways on tiny beds…..you probably don’t need to scroll any further because you won’t find any of that here. Relics of Rainbows Photo is a lifestyle newborn photographer in The Woodlands, Texas.
Casual photos with mom and dad are not optional. You’re spending so much time at home with that Newborn in these early days, and you’re certainly not dressed up for it. Let’s be authentic and tell your newborn story. The Woodlands Newborn Photographer wants you to know that Jeans are great! so are comfortable dresses and if you really want a comfortable look – go for the sweats. I dare you.
You’ve put all this time and energy into designing and creating your baby’s nursery. You can bet I’ll photograph it for you.
Not every baby is going to end up nakie during their session, but if we can get through some wrapped poses asleep, and they seem comfortable enough, I’ll go for it and risk the obvious.
Details like the flaky skin on babies hand should never be erased! (above) and don’t even get me started on the photo below.
The Portrait above is one of the best of this session. The only feature tack sharp is the eyelashes, and everything else falls off creamy and smooth.
I bring the cream wool flokati to every newborn session. It is the perfect fluffdrop and seamlessly works in every newborn photography session.
If your dog is mostly calm, and can listen to direction – let’s include them! This is one of the biggest reasons for having an at-home session. Fur babies have a part in this story, and we should include them if we can.
