Lauren + John’s Bentwater Yacht Club Wedding on Lake Conroe

April is one of the few months of the year in the Houston region where we have beautiful greenery, and beautiful weather for outdoor weddings. This Bentwater Yacht Club wedding in the garden is a breath of fresh air! from the girls getting ready, to dancing the night away, everything went one hundred percent according to plan, thanks to some amazing vendors and this sweet venue.

Lauren’s bridals were shot here about a month before the wedding, it was such a calm, lovely day. After she had her hair and makeup trial, we met and photographed her in her wedding dress for the first time. Even if you don’t **need** 100 photos of you in your wedding dress, I think it helps brides to feel confident and takes some stress away that you might experience on your wedding day.

I love how bright and airy the yacht club is because of all the windows that face out towards the water!

Plenty of outdoor spaces as well with both green spaces and that view of the water.

One of my favorite places to photograph brides and grooms at Bentwater yacht club is on the dock at sunset. Such a special little lakefront venue!
